STAGE 53:
Neck and tail Triceratops Dinozord.
Pic 1: Retrieve the unused parts 52.2 and 52.5 from the previous stage.
Pic 2: Fit the parts together as shown.
Pic 3: Retrieve part 52.4 and fit it in place.
Secure with 2 x PB screws.
Pic 4: Fit the tail pivot cover 52.7 to the assembly as shown and slide the connecting pin 52.9 into the holes.
Pic 5: Retrieve the body part 52.8 and slide the assembly into place inside.
Note how the parts fit together in the circle highlight.
Pic 6: Store all parts safely for now.

STAGE 54:
Left front undercarriage 1 Triceratops Dinozord.
Pic 1: Retrieve the head of the Triceratops and locate the connecting body 54.1.
The post indicated on 54.1 will fit into the hole in 51.5.
Pic 2: Shows the parts fitted.
Pic 3: Retrieve the lower body 52.8 and fit it in place as shown.
Pic 4: From underneath, fix the parts using 2 x PB screws.
Pic 5: Retrieve the cover 53.1 and locate the undercarriage part 54.2.
Pic 6: Fit the parts together and fix with 1 x PWM screw.
Pic 7: On the outside, fit the panel 54.8 in place and fix from behind with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 8: Press-fit the two panels 54.9 in place as shown.

Pic 1: Retrieve the wheel carriage parts 54.3, 54.4 and 54.5 from the previous stage.
Pic 2: Fit part 54.4 into 54.3 as shown.
Pic 3: Fit part 54.5 in place and fix from the other side with 2 x PB screws.
Pic 4: Press-fit the wheels 54.6 into the assembly in the sizes as shown.
The part sizes are marked on the sprue.
Pic 5: Retrieve the main part 54.2 and fit the wheel assembly in place.
Pic 6: Fix the retaining bracket 54.7 in place using 2 x PB screws.
Pic 7: Locate the outer cover 55.1.
Pic 8: Fit it to the main assembly as shown.
Pic 9: Fix the parts together using 3 x PWM screws on the inside.

The wheel sizes are indicated on the sprue.
Pic 5: Retrieve the assembly 54.2 and fit the wheel frame in place as shown.
Pic 6: Fit the bracket 56.8 and secure with 2 x PB screws.

Pic 8: Press-fit the side panel 56.10 in place as shown.
Pic 9: Press-fit the front panel 56.6 in place.
Pic 10: Glue the top panel 56.11 in place as shown.
Pic 11: Glue the 3 x front claws 56.5 to the foot 56.4.
Pic 12: Glue the foot assembly to the main assembly as shown.

Pic 1: Fit the tail joint 57.4 to the body half 57.1 and fix with 2 x PMB screws.
Pic 2: Fit the metal spindle 57.6 through the hole in 57.1 as shown from underneath and fix using 4 x PMW screws inside.
Pic 3: Shows the spindle fitted from the other side.
Pic 4: Retrieve the tyrannosaurus assembly and fit the body part 57.1 to the base 35.3.
Fix using 4 x PMW screws.
Pic 5: Fit the other tail joint 57.5 to the other half of the body 57.2 and fix with 2 x PMB screws.
Pic 6: Fit the front body panel 57.3 to the side half 57.2 as shown and fix using 2 x PMB screws.
Pic 7: Store the parts safely for now.

Pic 5: Retrieve the main assembly and fit the tail spindle 58.5 into the hole in part 57.4.
Pic 6: Fit the sliding part 58.2 into the slot in the edge of the body part 57.1.
Pic 7: Fit the other body half 57.2 in place and fix with 3 x PWB screws.
Pic 8: Press-fit the cover panel 58.1 in place.
Store the model safely for now.

STAGE 59:

Pic 1: Fit the large end of the spindle 59.4 into the hexagonal hole in the hip joint 59.2
Pic 2: Shows the assembled parts.
Pic 3: Retrieve the main body and fit the hip joint 59.2 to the metal plate 58.4 as shown.
Fix using 4 x PWM screws.
Pic 4: Press the post 59.3 into the locating hole on the plate 59.1.
There is a slot and ridge in the parts so they will only fit one way.
Fix with 1 x PWM screw down the centre of the post.
Store the parts safely for now.

STAGE 60A:
Left hip Tyrannosaurus Dinozord.
Pic 1: Fit the hip parts 60.1 and 60.3 together as shown and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 2: Retrieve the main assembly and fit the flat part of the spindle 59.4 into the slot in the hip 60.3.
Pic 3: Fit the pin on the joint 59.3 into the hole in the end of 60.3.
Pic 4: Fit the washer 60.11 over the pin on the larger part 60.5.
Pic 5: Fit the smaller 60.5 in place and fix with 1 x PWB screw as shown.
Pic 6: Fit the assembly 60.5 into the slot in the edge of the hip parts just put together.
The larger part of 60.5 goes inside.

Pic 2: Press the bottom plate 60.7 into place.
It will only fit one way.
Pic 3: Fit the badge trim 60.10 into the hip joint 59.1.
Make sure it is the right way up.
Pic 4: Fit the joint bracket 61.2 into the hip joint 61.1.
It will only fit one way.
Fix with 1 x PWM screw down the centre post.
Pic 5: Fit the badge trim 61.3 into the hip joint 61.1.
Make sure it is the right way up.

STAGE 62A:
Right hip Tyrannosaurus Dinozord.
Pic 1: Fit the hip parts 62.1 and 62.3 together as shown and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 2: Retrieve the main assembly.
The spindle on the hip part will locate in the hole on the end of the bracket shown.
Pic 3: Shows the parts fitted together.
Pic 4: Turn the assembly over and fit the hip joint plate as shown with 61.2 fitting in the hole in 62.3.
Pic 5: Fit the rubber sleeve 62.13 over the post on the plate 62.5.
Pic 6: Fit the smaller 62.5 on top and fix with 1 x PWB screw.
Pic 7: Fit the assembly into the slot in the side of the hip joint.
The larger plate goes inside.

STAGE 62.B:
Pic 9: Fit the outer plate 62.2 and fix with 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 10: Fit the small red cover plate 62.8 inside the larger silver plate 62.7.
Pic 11: Press-fit the cover plate 62.8 in place as shown.
Pic 12: Press-fit the lower plate 62.6 in place as shown.
Pic 13: Retrieve the Sabretooth Dinozord and fold the legs upwards as shown.
Pic 14: Fit the neck brackets 62.11 and 62.12 either side of the neck post as shown and fix using 2 x PWB screws.
Pic 15: Fit the washer 62.15 first onto the long post on the body 62.9 and then fit the rubber washer 62.14.
Pic 16: Fit the rubber washer into the lower body 62.10 as shown.
Pic 17: Slide the long post on the upper body through the hole in the neck joint, then fit the lower body in place.
Fix the parts together with 2 x PWB screws.

STAGE 63A:
Middle body Sabretooth Tiger.
Pic 1: Locate the middle body and clip 63.1 and 63.2.
The clip 63.2 will fit in the opening in the end of 63.1.
Pic 2: Parts fitted together but the clip will need to be pushed all the way in.
Pic 3: Locate the joint and spindle 63.6 and 63.11.
The thicker end of the spindle will fit in the hole indicated.
Pic 4: Shows parts assembled.
Pic 5: Fit the assembly into the body housing 63.4 as shown.
Pic 6: Fit the assembly from steps 1 and 2 into the body part 63.4.

STAGE 63B:

Pic 8: Fit the hinge 63.5 to the assembly and slide the pin 63.10 in place to secure the parts.
The pin goes all the way in.
Pic 9: Fit the assembly into the lower body 63.7 as shown.
63.6 will fit in the slot in the middle of 63.7.
Pic 10: Retrieve the main assembly and fit the body parts in place as shown.
Fix the parts with 2 x PB screws through the holes in 63.7, into the locations in the support 62.10.
Pic 11: Cover the screw holes with the panels 63.8 and 63.9.
Pic 12: Store the assembly safely for now.
