Has anyone else had a duplication of pack 2 sent please?

I was not expecting anything else until my pack 3 is due in october but just had a modelspace box arrive and when opened its another pack 2 which i have not requested.

I had similar with my SofSEAS but they wrote through saying it was an error and included a postage paid return label.

Just a bit concerned because i will not have any opportunity next week to contact customer services about this.

I will drop them an email today but not sure how quickly they get to these.
