Hi all Bad news on the Mini, just picked up parts 3 and 4 from the post office and there is letter that states, due to unforeseen circumstances they have suspended publication until further notice. There is a small card inside the fourth issue for you to fill in and post back if your still interested to continue from issue five when it resumes free of charge. Here are issue's 3 and 4, plus a close up of all 4. Regards Taz “Count your age by friends, not years. Count your life by smiles, not tears.”

Please note that we operate independently of any newsagent and as such, work on a different dispatch cycle – we dispatch on a monthly basis and newsagents sell it on a weekly basis. We also don’t have the same supplier. What we can guarantee is that we will supply all the issues during the duration of the subscription. Due to the basic principles of supply and demand, newsagents can’t always guarantee that they will be able to stock the entire collection. I received this reply to an email I sent, on the 2nd May this looks like DeAgostini are up to there usual trick I,e the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and vice a versa, and further to that I am informed that there do not supply the Newsagents, and further more they do not know who does. The saga continues. Only got room for one build, but might try and sneek in a small one later Have snuck in the Endevour

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If you have any comments or queries, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Department on 0845 1489 250, or email customercare@deagostini.co.uk. According to customer service we that get our copies from the newsagents are not customers of DeAgostini and I do not recall get a little card in my issue No 4 then again I should have realised something was amiss when there was no mention of what was coming in issue 5 on the back of issue 4. Only got room for one build, but might try and sneek in a small one later Have snuck in the Endevour

This is correct. Retail/Newsagents get their partwork magazines via a magazine distributor such as John Menzies, the Newsagent is not a direct customer of the partwork company, but the distributor is.
Subscribers are direct customers.

Makes no difference, retail customers are not direct customers.

But they are STILL customers buying DeAgostini products whether directly or indirectly, after all you talk to the organ grinder not the monkey. Only got room for one build, but might try and sneek in a small one later Have snuck in the Endevour

When it comes to requesting back issues or replacement copies via a retailer, it must be done via the retailer.
